Aymeric Laporte posts hilarious apology to Castro after coming out in FIFA Ultimate Team

Castro is one of the biggest FIFA streamers and thought he had pulled out a French superstar but was left with Aymeric Laporte

Manchester City star Aymeric Laporte posted a hilarious apology to FIFA streamer Castro.

In the clip, Castro can be seen celebrating as he thinks that the latest player to join his club is Team of the Year Kylian Mbappe.

That card on FIFA Ultimate Team is one of the best attackers in the game and goes for millions of coins on FIFA 20.

The card is also available for a limited time, and Castro can be heard screaming his delight as the French flag and the blue lights are seen.

However, that joy turns to frustration pretty quickly. Mbappe is a RW/ST and the position that comes up on the screen is a CB.

Laporte next walks out in the game, and the blue tinge was provided since this was a special UEFA Champions League card.

The Frenchman is still one of the top defenders in the game but landing a Team of the Year card is a huge achievement.

Although Castro was extremely disappointed, Laporte posted a cheeky apology with a few smileys.

Laporte has had his injury problems this season and hasn’t played for the Cityzens since the 4-0 win over Brighton.

City’s defensive woes

Pep Guardiola decided not to sign a replacement for Vincent Kompany at the start of the season, and that seems to have hurt the defending Premier League champions.

Laporte’s been out for a while and the Cityzens don’t have proper cover for the heart of the defence. Fernandinho has been tried in some games. However, the Brazilian isn’t being helped by some of the other players.

John Stones and Nicolas Otamendi have also made many mistakes this season. Ederson and Claudio Bravo are having their problems in the goalkeeping department too.

More Manchester City news:

Hopefully, Laporte returns soon for the Cityzens. They might be out of the Premier League running but he could help them land the Champions League.
