Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed the return of injured star Mesut Ozil ahead of the Gunners trip to KC Stadium to face Hull City.
With crucial games coming up, the return of the prolific German midfielder would be a real boost for the Gunners and from the looks of it, Arsenal’s forgotten man Abou Diaby could make the trip as well and for the first time in over a year could feature on the Arsenal bench.
“I think Gibbs will be out for the weekend. But Monreal is possibly available and Ozil could be available to travel as well. I will see about that on Friday and Saturday”, confirmed Wenger.
Everton’s surprise defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace has given an additional boost for Arsenal as they managed to hold on to their 4th place with just a point above the Toffees.
