Arsenal’s Theo Walcott Ready To Move Out Of England

The contract rebel, Theo Walcott could leave Arsenal and the Premier League and move to a foreign league at the end of the season, according to a report in The Guardian.

It has been reported that the 23-year-old forward, whose current contract with the Gunners runs out at the end of the season, is open to joining a club in a different country if a suitable offer comes from any of European big guns.

Earlier this month, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has promised that he and the club will do what it takes to keep the winger at Emirates. However, there are still no improvements with Walcott’s situation and with January transfer window luring closer, if the player does not get what he wants then he may leave. And according to FIFA a player cannot sign a pre-contract agreement with another club in the Premier League but can do so with a foreign team in January.

The Guardian also reports that a number of clubs in mainland Europe have shown their interest in the England international.
