Ahead of Arsenal’s crucial match against Everton on Saturday their midfielder Mathieu Flamini spoke about his sides’ chances against the Blues and claimed that it is in the midfield that games are won and lost.
Arsenal host Everton in the FA Cup Quarterfinal at the Emirates tomorrow, a competition which is probably the best chance for the Gunners to pick up a silverware this season and they will come up against an Everton side who are more than capable of pulling the strings in Arsenal’s own backyard. Having lost to Stoke City last week, and in the progress made it hard for themselves to fight for the title, a win against Everton will do a whole lot of good for the Gunners.
Flamini, talking about the game, asked his side to raise their levels if they are to see off Roberto Martinez’ side who have already impressed this season, a testament to which was their 1-1 draw at the Emirates.
