Weekly magazine Le10 magazine reported that Arsenal are in close talks with Montpellier to sign their star player Remy Cabella.
Gilles Grimandi, Arsenal’s chief scout in France is closely monitoring Remy Cabella and sending regular reports back to London.
Le10 magazine also claim that whilst Arsenal haven’t made any official bid yet but they have made ‘discreet inquiries’ which won’t be that discreet anymore.
Montpellier will try their best to keep Cabella at least till they get a good offer.
Montpellier’s owner Louis Nicollin said,
“I am ready to sell a lot and everyone, there is no problem, apart from Cabella and Stambouli!”
Le10 magazine also revealed that Arsenal are also interested in signing Newcastle United winger Ben Arfa. But Cabella would be a more cheaper option as Newcastle United will never sell Ben Arfa for a cheap price.
