Arsenal Opinion: Why Arsenal should make a move for Walter Kannemann
The Daily Mail and Mirror has reported that Arsenal are interested in making a move for Gremio star Walter Kannemann, as Unai Emery looks to reinforce his defense. A talented centre-back by anyone’s definition of the word, Kannemann would suit perfectly at the heart of Arsenal’s defence. With his six-foot frame, the 28-year-old isn’t the biggest of the lot but he certainly isn’t the weakest either. Known for being aggressive, Kannemann is cool and composed in the tackle.

Furthermore, Kannemann can keep up with the fastest strikers in the world as he showcased during his time with Argentina’s national team.
