Arsenal vs Manchester United Player Ratings – A Boring Draw At Emirates

Manchester United

In-Form Striker Wayne Rooney has been the lone warrior for Manchester United this season

David De Gea Made couple of good saves. Decent game. 6.5/10

Rafael Made some good overlapping runs but substituted in the half time after a horrible head collision. 6/10

Chris Smalling Surprisingly, he had a good game. Adapted well in right-back position too. 7.5/10

Nemanja Vidic Good game overall. He was very strong in the air. 7/10

Patrice Evra Had a great battle with Sagna through-out the game. Decent game. 6/10

Michael Carrick Distributed passes well and kept United ticking in the middle. 7/10

Tom Cleverley Safe game without trying any adventurous things. 6/10

Juan Mata Poor game by his standards. Rarely involved in the game and was substituted in the second half. 5/10

Antonio Valencia Used his pace to great effect but his end product was very average. 5.5/10

Robin van Persie Got into some great positions but missed an easy one-0n-one earlier in the game. He came very close with a header which was saved by Arsenal goal keeper. 6/10

Wayne Rooney Tracked backed a lot and played like a central midfielder. Rarely, he took any shots on goal. 6/10

Substitutes

Rio Ferdinand A solid display from the veteran defender who came on as a replacement for injured Rafael.

Adnan Januzaj 6/10
