Arsenal Transfer Roundup: Wenger Eyeing Wolfsburg And Villarreal Defender, Ospina To Besiktas Almost Done

Arsenal’s current squad is currently away playing for their national teams and while Arsenal manager is eager to watch the Gunners play, he is sure to hope that they will not receive any bad news with regards to injury. Further Wenger is sure to be watching out for the players on his target list for the summer.

The Gunners have been linked with a number of players in the summer transfer and according to the Kicker, the Gunners are looking to sign Wolfsburg  left-back Ricardo Rodriguez. Reports suggest that the player’s release clause includes an amount around £19m, which the Gunners are willing to meet.

Arsenal are reportedly considering a move for the Villarreal defender Mateo Mussachio this summer, however the Gunners will be facing competitions from Manchester United and Barcelona who are also scouting the 25 year old player.

Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina will be heading to the Besiktas on a permanent move. The player lost his place in the starting line since Petr Cech’s arrival in the club, thus he will be heading out of the club looking for a regular first team football elsewhere.
