According to reports, North London giants Arsenal are considering a bid for Feyenoord midfielder and a long term Manchester United target Jordy Clasie.
Jordy Clasie’s amazing vision and passing earned him comparisons with the pass master Xavi. The 21-year-old midfielder is widely regarded as one of the hottest prospects in the world at the moment. Both Wenger and Alex Ferguson will be in a tug-of-war situation in summer for the Jordy Clasie’s signature.
Juventus and Tottenham are the other clubs who are interested in the Eredivisie star. Fiorentina have also made an offer for Clasie.
Feyenoord’s technical director Martin Van Geel claimed that club have no reason to sell the player now. He said,
“We do not need to sell him, nor do we particularly want to, but we have to think of the player’s ambitions and evaluate the offers from other clubs.
“There is an offer from Fiorentina, but we’ll only discuss it at the end of the season. Right now the players must focus only on Feyenoord.”
