Arsenal To Sign Paul Pogba – Report

According to the Express and some reliable sources, Arsenal are ready to break the bank and spend up to £17m for former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba after hearing rumors that Juventus may be willing to sell if the right bid comes in.

Despite of having an excellent season, the French enforcer seems to bit unsettled in Italy and would want a premier league move. Manchester City are also interested in signing Pogba and the bidding war is expected to start in the coming weeks.

Pogba scored five league goals for the Serie A champions last season. Pogba has shown that he can be the next “Patrick Vieira” for France in the coming years after making his debut in the 3-1 win over Georgia in a World Cup qualifier.

Although he has impressed with Juve this season, Retired Red Devils manager Sir Alex Ferguson was left fuming when Pogba left Old Trafford for Italy, citing a lack of respect from the player in moving on.

So would Wenger want to add such a player to the squad, after having already had troubles with the likes of Adebayor and Gallas with disciplinary issues.
