Arsenal Special: Unusual Piece Of Ball(s) Control From The Winger

Andrei Arshavin scored one goal and set up another for Zenit Saint Petersburg against FC Nordsjælland in the Champions League qualifiers last night as they beat the Danish side 6-0 on aggregate.

Arshavin also produced this unusual piece of ball control during the game. Watch the GIF here:

After having had a forgettable season at Arsenal, the Russian seems to enjoy his game quite a lot. The usually charismatic winger, looked out of sorts while at the Emirates as he spent a good amount of time on the Arsenal bench as manger Wenger was not prepared to use him even as a substitute. Here is an ‘Arshavin watch’ video which clearly indicates how relaxed and confident the winger feels.

May be Wenger din’t make use of him quite effectively? or maybe Arshavin is not suited to the fast paced Premier League? But the fact that he is quite a character on and off the pitch is always true.
