Arsenal fans are in a state of euphoria after their club signed German playmaker Mesut Ozil for £42.4m which is a club record fee for the North London club. Gunners usually keep their dealings so secret, but even for their standard; this deal was handled with such high-end care and secrecy.
There are few conspiracy theories going round in internet about how precisely Arsenal orchestrated the move for the former Real Madrid midfielder. We will just post those theories and let you guys judge,
1. Mesut Ozil visited the club’s London Colney training headquarters last week to undergo the first phase of his medical and pose for official media photographs – this was done in very secretly manner to avoid the news from leaking out other rival clubs especially Tottenham.
2. Madrid agreed to keep the secret vow until bale was signed so that they don’t complicate the bale saga further by strengthening Tottenham’s main rival.
3) In addition to agreeing fee for Ozil a week back, Real Madrid also had reached an
agreement with Gunners that Ozil will not take part in their league clash against Athletic on Sunday.
4. Ozil also posed in Arsenal shirt when he came to London Colney last week along with club’s official photographer.
Anyway, all it matters in the end is mission Ozil was successfully accomplished by the Gunners.
