Arsenal confirmed the news that their former assistant manager Pat Rice is receiving treatment for Cancer.
A statement posted by Arsenal.com read,
“We can sadly confirm Pat Rice is in hospital receiving treatment for cancer.
Everyone at Arsenal Football Club sends him our best wishes. Our thoughts are with Pat and his family.”
Patrick James “Pat” Rice, MBE is a Northern Irish former footballer and coach. As a player he made over 400 appearances for Arsenal, winning the Double.
