According to the latest reports from Spain, Arsenal are ready to match Real Madrid’s asking price of £25m for their striker Gonzalo Higuain. Arsene Wenger have £70m transfer kitty to spend in Summer. Wenger believes the addition of Higuain will strengthen his attack. It is expected that Arsenal will make their official bid as soon as the season gets over.
This will be a good move for Gonzalo Higuain too as he is currently struggling to impress Mourinho to grant him a regular starting place in the team. Adding more fuel to these rumors,
Real Madrid General Manager Jose Angel Sanchez has come out and revealed that the Argentinian striker may leave the Spanish capital after this season.
He said (Sky Sports),
“In a great club like real, we believe we need two number nines of a high level,”
“We have Benzema and Higuain, Higuain will leave, Benzema will stay and two others will come.”
