Arsenal are looking to add Napoli player Gonzalo Higuain in the summer window. The Gunners are looking to complete the £74million deal for the Manchester United target.
However, according to the Football Insider reports, the player has agreed to a mega money deal with United for a move to Old Trafford next season. Albeit this news, Wenger will still be keeping Higuain in his target list and try to swoop into United’s Transfer attempts.
Wenger earlier tried to bring the player to the Emirates Stadium from Real Madrid but Napoli got the better of the chase and succeeded in signing the player and as such Higuain’s presence in the club has impacted the club’s performance significantly. Thus Napoli will still try to keep him with them and with his contract running till 2018, we will need to see how much will Wenger or Manchester United will succeed in signing the player.
