Costa Rican International Joel Campbell, who failed to impress during his limited time with Premier League giants Arsenal is all set for a move to Italian Serie A. The 23 year old superstar is quite talented, though he failed to make an impression under Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger at the Emirates and was sent out on loan on a regular basis. With just four appearances to his name, since joining the Gunners in 2011, the winger has not had the best of times with the north London side.
The young attacker was not satisfied with short loan spells anymore and demanded to leave north London, if he was not part of the Frenchman’s plans for the upcoming season, with Serie A outfit Palermo quite keen on acquiring his services.
According to reports from the Corriere dello Sport, the Arsenal winger has already agreed to a move and is waiting for the two clubs to finalize a fee, for his move away from England.
If the report is to be believed, the club only are trying to push a deal through at €5-6m, while Arsenal want €9-10m for their youngster.
