Sofiane Boufal has been linked with both Arsenal and Chelsea regarding a move in the summer and as per the recent reports from the Guardian, the clubs are willing to meet the asking price for the player.
Lille’s valuation of the player stands at £19.6 million and the Premier League giants are ready to match the price to sign the coveted midfielder. Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Atletico Madrid are also interested and could give the English clubs a run for their money.
The report says that the Gunners have been monitoring the player since January and has expressed interest to sign him. Chelsea on the other hand, joined the race after Antonio Conte was announced the manager. Boufal joined Lille from Angers in 2015 and has scored 11 goals in 29 appearances last season. He has a contract that runs till 2019 and the clubs that want him will have to pay minimum of the asking price to have any hope of signing him.
