Alvaro Morata has made his wish clear to join a Premier League side in the summer. The prolific striker has been linked with several Premier League clubs but the ones leading the race are believed to be Arsenal and Chelsea.
According to Express, the striker has asked for £6 million a year in order to move to Premier league. The transfer orfMorata has been a topic of discussion for some time now in the media as his contract with Juventus has a buy back clause from Real Madrid that the Spanish giants can activate.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has seen negotiations getting stalled for Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, however there are reports that Morata is also on Wenger’s shortlist in the summer. Similarly there is a widely accepted belief that Antonio Conte will go with his favored 4-3-3 formation for Stamford Bridge and will require strikers up front. They too are looking at Morata for that role.
