Arsenal Boss Hints About his Midfielder’s Return

It seems now that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has dismissed the speculations claiming that the Gunners will be recalling midfielder Serge Gnabry to the Emirates from his loan with West Bromwich Albion, due to the calf injury suffered by Theo Walcott. The Baggies have not really used the German U-21 international well and the superstar winger has not been given regular Premier League action.

The 20-year-old superstar has been relegated to the Baggies Under-21 team and manager Tony Pulis has already stated that the does not consider the youngster to be good enough to play regularly in England’s top flight. This had resulted in various speculations claiming that he could return to north London soon, according to the Independent‘s Jack De Menezes.

De Menezes claimed that Wenger’s side would have talks with West Brom regarding his future, though Lloyd Webb of the Gunners’ official website confirmed that the French manager has no intention of bringing him now. Wenger was quoted as saying, “Serge Gnabry is on loan at West Brom for the season. I heard that TonyPulis is not happy with him. He has to change the opinion of Tony Pulis because I think that SergeGnabry has the quality to play in the Premier League. He has shown that. It’s good that he faces this kind of battle because it will make him stronger if the turns the opinion of Tony Pulis around. I hope that he’s facing the challenge and is putting the effort in.
