Wenger wants DamiaoDaily Star pointed out that Tottenham tried to sign the 23 year old star for the past three transfer windows. But Wenger with a 35 million pounds kitty with him wants a top signing to provide competition to Giroud. And it is rumored that Damiao will be his top priority when the window opens again.
Damiao is showing great form at the moment and earned his place as a consistent starter in Brazilian team and also finished as top scorer in this summer’s Olympics. This season, Damiao has scored seven times in thirteen matches he played for his club team.
