Almost Done? German Giants To Consider Arsenal’s Mega Bid

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Arsenal?

German newspaper Bild has now excited by some information they have received about Arsenal looking to make a move for Borussia Dortmund’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The 26-year-old joined the Bundesliga outfit from Saint-Etienne in 2013. He has been quite impressive since then and is doing pretty well with Dortmund  though things have not been quite good for the club in the past season.

However, Dortmund are now looking to rebuild with Mats Hummels and Ilkay Gundogan set to leave and are looking to further cash in on some of their other players to make good buys.

Bild say that Aubameyang is one of Arsene Wenger’s top summer targets with the Frenchman probably keen on adding him for his superb pace.

With the current set of attacking players that the Gunners have, the winger could be a superb addition to the north London side.

Arsenal will offer £28.7million according to the report and Bild added that though the German side were initially not interested, they could consider the offer now and the management are now intensively discussing it.

Well, if a deal goes through it would mean that Wenger’s side would further be strengthened offensively, something that the French manager was still keen on doing before the start of the new campaign.
