Now the latest reports from Spain suggest that Arsenal are planning a sensational £46 million bid for Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema. Wenger is a long term admirer of the French forward’s talent and will do his best to convince him to join the gunners as he did with Ozil.
Real Madrid fans booing Benzema during the match against Getafe added more fuel to these rumors suggesting that he may leave the Spanish capital soon.

“Karim getting booed is not new – he has been singled out before. However, now he looked destroyed as he went off after being substituted. Arsenal have been monitoring the situation and so a January sale could be on.”
