£60m Manchester United Target’s Manager Has Something To Say To Woodward

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Pierre Emerick Aubameyang has attracted attention from many clubs due to his performance so far. With many clubs lining up for the player, Borussia Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel has issued a warning of sorts to the clubs to keep their hands off his player.

While Manchester United are preparing a deal worth £60m for the Gabon star and even Real Madrid are said to be interested in the player, Tuchel’s this announcement will be a disappointing turn for either of the clubs.

According to Tuchel the player signed the contract with Dortmund as he feels good in the club and believes he can grow more and develop further. He further states that Dortmund is planning to keep the squad together so that they can make it big and upheld the status of the club and with Aubameyang being a very important player in the squad things may not turn out to be the same as it is currently for Dortmund.

“Everybody has to accept he has a long-term contract without the possibility to step out,”

“Auba signed his contract because he feels good here. He feels that he can still develop and still grow.

“I can imagine a lot of clubs see his performance, his talent and his personality and can imagine Auba plays for them.

“But we have our own goals. We want to keep this squad together and develop into something extraordinary. We want to have players that lift our status.

“It is not our goal to give him away. I cannot see the future but if you ask me as a coach, I’m very happy he has a long-term contract.” – Thomas Tuchel
