5 Youngsters Who Could Have Breathtaking 2014-15 Season Including Arsenal And Liverpool Stars

Ter Stegen

The third name on our list is also a goalkeeper. Barcelona keeper Victor Valdes has left the club and they have brought Ter Stegen as his replacement. The 22 year old is an exciting prospect and he has already been impressive for his club Borussia Mönchengladbach in the Bundesliga. There are high expectations on him at Barcelona and it would be interesting to see how he handles the pressure at Barcelona playing with the stalwarts of the game.

Marquinhos

With David Luiz making a move to PSG, the stage is set for Marquinhos to join Barcelona. The Catalans are in dire need of defenders and the 20 year old fits their bill perfectly. Barcelona have suffered a lot of times this season for lack of reliable defenders and Marquinhos has to do the job for them. They have got a talented manager in Luis Enrique and the Brazilian player should benefit from his association. We all will have our eyes fixed on the new look Barcelona side.

After thrusting himself into the spotlight during his time at Roma at a tender age of 18, Marquinhos played over 25 games for the Italian club before leaving to PSG on a mega deal. While he may not be your demanding physical presence at the back, he is certainly a crafty customer suitable to the style of play at the Camp Nou.

Raheem Sterling

The Liverpool youngster made a marked difference with his showings for the side. He collaborated well with Suarez and Sturridge and his composure was praiseworthy. While Liverpool are looking to bring in more competition for his place next season, Sterling should also improve his game and prove that last season was not a fluke. Brendan Rodgers has depended on him a number of times this season and he has justified it time and again. Now its time for him to shine in the World Cup and then start the next season from where he left.
