3 Wonderkids To Watch Out For Next Season Including This Leicester City And Liverpool Starlets

English Premier League is just over a month away from now, the excitement is starting to build. New signing have already started pouring in the country. It’s is expected to be the tightest race ever, with top bosses from around the world competing against one another for the first time. Mourinho and Guardiola will resume their rivalry when Manchester United and Manchester City meet for the derby. Conte will be tasked to restore pride at Stamford Bridge after the Blues mounted the worst title defense last season.

Arsenal fans were left frustrated last season as they finished runner ups to the Champions Leicester City. Klopp will take charge of his first full season, fans across England are excited to see what the German can do now that he has his own team and his own playing style.

We cannot forget Leicester City, Tottenham and the likes of West Ham United and Southampton. All the smaller teams will be dreaming of glory based on the miracle achievement of Leicester City last season. There will be mega superstars to look forward too, however we must not forget the youngsters who will be pivotal to how their team does next campaign. Here we list 3 wonderkids to watch out for next season.

Sheyi Ojo

Sheyi Ojo is highly rated in England, is one of the most exciting talents to come out of the Liverpool academy in recent times. The 19 year old made 13 appearances for the senior team, where he got a goal and 4 assists to his name. Liverpool have strengthened this summer with the arrival of Sadio Mane and Lazar Markovic also returning after his loan spell with Fenerbahce, therefore opportunities might be hard to come by but given his presence in the senior set up last season, one feels Klopp has confidence in him and wont shy away from giving him a chance whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Marcus Rashford

What can we say about Rashford, his rise from the United academy to an England shirt has been phenomenal. He was excellent for United in the 18 appearances he made, where he netted 8 times. He also became the youngest goal scorer for the Three Lions. Given that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has arrived at Old Trafford, the young striker will get valuable advice from the Swede, something not many young strikers are fortunate to have. He has speed, trickery and lethal finishing abilities. If Mourinho can manage and train him judiciously, then there is no doubt that Rashford will be star for United for years to come.

Demarai Gray

After arriving from Birmingham City in January, Demarai Gray appeared regularly as a substitute during Leicester City’s fairytale title success. He has good pace and doesn’t fear from taking a defender one on one. If Mahrez does leave the King Power stadium this summer to join one of the bigger clubs then Ranieri might turn to the youngster to produce the goods for the team. The 20 year old is highly talented and an exciting prospect to watch out for next season.
