3 Reason Why Upcoming EPL Would Be An Epic Season: Liverpool And Arsenal Trying To Mix It Up

The Premier League is just over a month away, while most people would admit last season was quite a drab affair, apart from the race for the 4th Champions League spot, everything else seemed done and dusted by the January.

This season hopefully things will be a little different, there are the new boys coming up to battle the established powers. Some big clubs are finally getting their chance of doing well by investing smartly in the team, new managers, big money signings and much more. Every season starts with a ton of excitement and we provide 3 reasons as to why next season could be epic in the Premier League.

The race for the top four

One of the most intriguing parts of last season was the race for the top four and this season it is going to be even more epic. While Manchester United won the race last time around, Liverpool will be biting at their heels, especially after the flurry of transfers they have completed so far. Not to forget, Tottenham also had a great chance of doing well to break into the top four and this season would be no different as the London side would try to qualify along with Chelsea and Arsenal. There will be one big club who does miss out on the top four, like every season and who knows which club would break into the top four for the first time.

The other teams strengthening

Newcastle and West Ham have been a couple of the best-supported clubs prior to the Premier League era, they both will feature new managers as they try to get back to the glory days. While Newcastle try to forget about the season they had, West Ham will have Bilic to guide them in a new home. Both teams will be doing a ton of work in the off season and would be looking to make a better campaign this time around. They could break into Europe and bring back the good old days, their fans have been craving for a long time, a really long time.

Liverpool and Arsenal trying to mix it up

The league hasn’t even started, the transfer window hasn’t even got into the end stretch, but Liverpool do look a different beast this time around. They have bought smartly and quickly, plus Brendan Rodgers could be on his last chance at the club. Jurgen Klopp is waiting in the wings to pick up the team if Rodgers does not get it done this season. Arsenal also seem set to launch a proper challenge for the Premier League title and by signing a couple of world-class players, they could reach the next level in performance, Arsenal defended their FA Cup trophy and its about time they brought back the Premier League title this season for the Gunner faithful.
