Arsenal have clicked it in style, they have been on a charge in the second half of the season and had they started the season like they are playing now, they could have had a bigger say in the title race. Arsenal have had a few issues this season, especially in the centre of defence and in the heart of their midfield and they do need to strengthen these areas if they are to mount a serious title challenge next season.

1. Mats Hummels
Matt HummelsThe 25-year-old German centre back might have been one of Dortmund’s most loyal players over the years, but that loyalty would be put to a stern test or two come the start of next season. Jurgen Klopp leaving Dortmund might lead to a huge talent drain and that could lead to Hummels moving away from the club.
Arsenal have always been in need of another central defender and while Hummels would not be a cheap option at all, he could be that one signing in the defensive region that could make Arsenal all that stronger next season, strong enough to maybe mount a title charge.
