In recent times, the Liverpool academy hasn’t always produced quality players. Raheem Sterling is one that comes to mind, but even he was brought in from QPR at a young age. Jurgen Klopp has always been one to encourage younger players and give them playing time. He had followed this model at Borrusia Dortmund and he was instrumental in bringing through various future stars like Mario Gotze and developing the likes of Robert Lewandowski, Marco Reus and a few others.

Not every manager is like Klopp in this regard. He has brought some fine culture along with him from Germany. The culture of blooding in youngsters into the first team at a very young age. This allows them to get much-needed exposure and will also give the manager a chance to see how well they deal with pressure situations. Klopp recently came out and said that he’d like to blood in as many as 10 youngsters into the first team at Anfield. That’s quite staggering considering the cut-throat competition and competitiveness that exist at top flight clubs. But the youngsters should see it in a positive way anyway and give in their all when played.

Here are 3 Liverpool youngsters looks set to have a very bright future at Anfield. Here’s a low-down on each  one of them –

Ejaria was born in London to Nigerian parents, which makes him eligible to represent Nigeria internationally.  But it seems like he has chosen England and many will be happy to see him don English colors in the future. Following his performance against Spurs, many optimistic Liverpool fans mockingly claimed that he was, in fact, better than Paul Pogba! While he is some way off getting to that level, his showing against Spurs will give him the confidence to slowly climb his way up there.
