If reports from the Sun are to be believed, Arsenal are eyeing a mouth watering £42 million deal for Borussia Dortmund star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The Gabon international is firing on all cylinders at the moment and has scored an incredible 24 goals in all competitions in 23 games.
While Arsenal themselves are in an imperious form with Mesut Ozil lighting up the Premier League, the addition of Aubameyang adds the much-needed quality to their front line, the lack of which has resulted in their season falling apart in the past.
The English newspaper has gone on to claim that the player likes the idea of playing in England and has already informed friends and family that he could be on a move. However, German paper Bild, in stark contrast to the reports of The Sun have reported that Aubameyang, who is under contract until 2020 is going nowhere, especially at the price being mentioned.
